Born and raised Bajan, Wayne connects his roots to his business. From running a small farm in Chimborazo raising live stock, to sourcing fish from the Market he grew up close to, Bombas serves freshness. The intention behind the food and menu is all about roots, culture and organic produce. Bringing something that is real and done with care.
